An easy, rapid, cost-effective, and sensitive batch and flow injection spectrophotometric technique for identifying carvedilol in biological samples and pharmaceutical goods. The techniques were based on the oxidative coupling reaction that occurs when carvedilol and para-aminophenol (PAP) reagent are combined in an alkaline medium with potassium meta per iodate oxidizing agent (KIO4) to create a stable, water-soluble deep blue color, and exhibits the maximum absorption at 614 nm. Reagent concentrations, flow rate, reaction coil, sample amount, and other variables that influence the reaction and color of the final product made with this developed process. The suggested approach has a linearity range of 5 to 80 μg/mL, a recovery percentage of 102.99, and correlation coefficients of 0.9997. The limits of quantification and detection were 2.74 and 0.8222, respectively. an 80 sample. Hour -1 throughput. The novel method worked well for figuring out whether carvedilol was present in the pharmaceutical, biological, and pure samples.
